The server will be down during Wednesday, 20 January 2016, in order to increase RAM capacity from 8 GB to 24 GB and increase maximum CPU clock rate to 4.2 GHz. The downtime is expected to be in the afternoon and should not last more than two hours.

If you have an issue with ping inconsistency or packet loss, there is not much we can do without a traceroute. The server went down today for a few minutes to restart and have the dust filters cleaned. Sometime soon it will go down for a bit longer to clean out dust from the inside of the server.
